Squat
The squat, the king of lifts! It works just about every muscle in your body, from your legs to your core to your upper back. There's nothing more bad ass than squatting a ton of weight!
Bench Press
The bench press, my personal favourite! Probably one of the most popular exercises the bench press and its variations is great for working the chest, triceps and shoulders.
Deadlift
The deadlift, what's more primal than bending over and picking up something heavy? The deadlift is all about brute strength and determination!
