Powerlifting is a very rewarding sport but can also be very frustrating.  Like many of you, I have at times let my ego and stubbornness get in the way of progress.  Hitting plateaus can be very frustrating and injuries can cause big setbacks.

My approach is prioritizing proper form and technique using a customized program to fit your needs.
